CNC Milling Capabilities
The Sullivan Manufacturing Corporation ("SMC") Production Facility is equipped with the latest Precision CNC Machining Centers, giving us the ability to perform basic to complex CNC Milling operations with multi-process steps utilizing two to five axis capabilities. We are cost competitive on production runs from 100 to 500,000 pieces, and our Lean Manufacturing and Cellular Techniques put us a step ahead of our competition. We also create Dedicated Work Cell Environments where needed to be more flexible in our High Volume CNC Milling operations.
At SMC, we deploy the most current technologies which allows us to consistently meet or exceed your CNC Milling requirements both in time and quality. In addition, our CAD/CAM software packages allow us to import a full range of files including Unigraphics, Parasolids, Solidworks, IGES and DXF. We can also reverse engineer and work off of existing parts and components.
